Tritec's Station Yards In Ronkonkoma Will Be Leased By Colliers: Report

The company will promote and lease up to 195,000 square feet of retail at the mixed-use development, Bollyinside reported.

RONKONKOMA, NY — Tritec Real Estate has hired Colliers to promote and lease up to 195,000 square feet of retail space in the forthcoming Station Yards mixed-use development in Ronkonkoma, Bollyinside.com reported.

Tritec's vice president of marketing, Chris Kelly, told the outlet that “Station Yards is building a lively new entertainment district that is reinventing the Long Island retail sector, leveraging on high demand for in-person experiences.”

"We’re thrilled to be setting the foundation for upcoming best-in-class mix-used places. This transformative project will assist the town go forward in becoming an idyllic location for live-work-play," he said.

In a statement to the outlet, Colliers execs said Tritec “really redefined the future of living, working, and shopping on Long Island, adding, “A range of businesses searching for space in a best-in-class, mixed-use town, centre-style neighborhood will find the project’s planned village green, outdoor experiences, and top retail space to be highly attractive."

The property, which was planned as the focal point on the Ronkonkoma hub development near the Long Island Rail Road station, was recently revamped with the name Station Yards, Newsday reported.

The project, which will also feature office space, has been reimagined by East Setauket developer Tritec Real Estate in response to the lifestyles and work habits of people post-coronavirus, the outlet reported.
