Registered Sex Offender Accused Of Raping Woman In White Plains Home
The woman told cops she wished to leave the home immediately and was taken to police HQ where she told officers that she had been raped.
WHITE PLAINS, NY — A registered sex offender has been accused of raping a woman in a Westchester home.
The City of White Plains Police Department says that on Sunday, shortly before 5:30 p.m., patrol units were called to Bogert Avenue to check on the welfare of a woman.
Once they were on the scene, the woman told them she wished to leave the home immediately.

She was taken to police headquarters where she told officers that she was the victim of a sexual assault.
The suspect, 55-year-old Eugene F. Feeney, of White Plains, who was present at the scene, was detained by detectives. He was later charged with first degree rape and first degree criminal sexual act. Feeney was arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail.
