LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —The homeless Trenton, N.J., man accused of killing three family members during a rampage in Falls Township last month was extradited to Lower Bucks County on Wednesday with authorities seeking the death penalty.

Andre Gordon Jr. is charged with 32 counts by Bucks County authorities, including three counts of first-degree murder, and three counts of second-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting.

Gordon, 26, was arraigned and formally charged before Falls Township District Judge John Galloway on Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.

Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn said that she would seek the death penalty against Gordon due to the multiple first-degree murder charges, authorities said.

Authorities said Gordon, who was incarcerated in New Jersey where he also faces charges, was expected to appear at the Mercer County Courthouse for a hearing and waive his extradition rights to answer charges in Bucks County.

Gordon faces charges of first-degree carjacking, second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, second-degree unlawful possession of an assault firearm, and four other offenses by New Jersey officials.

Authorities said that Gordon forcibly broke into one home and killed his 52-year-old stepmother, Karen Gordon, and 13-year-old sister, Kera Gordon, before going to another home and killing Taylor Daniel, the mother of his two children.

He then held New Jersey police in a standoff in which he barricaded himself in a Trenton, N.J., home for several hours.
