Meet the Instructor:
Tom Marsden has been a yoga practitioner for 15 years. He completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program and is a certified instructor. As a yoga teacher, his mission is to help individuals over the age of 50 to experience the benefits of yoga. Tom lives in the Borough of Phoenixville.
