Our glazes and ceramics are foodware and dishwasher safe so not only could this be a wonderful centerpiece, but you will be able to enjoy your favorite chip and dip combination on it.
The price covers all materials, your pottery piece, the studio fee, light refreshments, and small snacks. BYOB is encouraged.

Join us as historian and author&nbsp;Christian McBurney describes the interesting world of American privateers who, at the time of the Revolutionary War, preyed on British merchantmen. Some captured British slave ships with African captives on board just before they arrived at their Caribbean Island destinations. By doing so, they strove to advance the cause of independence from Britain through harming Britain’s economy, while also enriching themselves by selling the goods and slaves they captured. 
This is event is brought to you by the Narragansett Historical Society and the Maury Loontjens Memorial Library.&nbsp;There is no fee to attend, but please register online at www.narlib.org, or by calling 401-789-9507 ext. 4.

We will be partnering with Maiz to bring you a fun filled 
afternoon of pottery painting, delicious food, and refreshing beverages.
 Join us for Tacos, Terra- Cotta, and Trinkets! There’s a multitude of 
ways you can customize the pieces we have available, but our instructors
 will be there to help you along the way if needed. These events are 
always better with friends and family, so gather yours and come create 
with us!
The $25 event fee that includes: 2 tacos, 1 drink, Studio fee.
Cost of pottery will be paid on the day of the event. Pottery ranges from $12- $45
