Fight Outside Clarendon Business Leads To Injuries, Multiple Arrests

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police arrested three men who were involved in a fight outside Clarendon business early Friday morning.

Officers responded around 1:41 a.m.for to the 3100 block of Clarendon Boulevard for the report of a fight. A preliminary investigation revealed that multple people had been fighting outside a business.

After locating one of the people believed to have been involved in the fight, police tried to take him into custody. The man was noncompliant and tried to run off. But with the help of additional officers, the man was taken into custody. Two of the victims from the fight received minor injuries, as did one of the officers involved in the arrest. No medical attention was needed, according to police.

ACPD charged 26-year-old George Pena of Woodbridge with assault and battery, obstruction of justice and public intoxication. Police arrested two other men from Woodbridge in connection with this case, 25-year-old Roberto Trujillo-Rivera and 24-year-old Christian Suazo. They were both charged with public intoxication.

No descriptions were available for the other suspects who were involved in the fight.
