LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Homebuilder Lennar has plans to construct additional homes at the Kincora mixed-use development.

TRITEC Real Estate Company, the developer behind the Kincora mixed-use development, announced Lennar has purchased 9.2 acres of land. The builder has plans to construct 248 two-over-two condos. Site work is expected to kick off this summer.

Lennar has already developed its first project, Lennar at Kincora, starting in 2019. That project's homes quickly sold out.
