ALEXANDRIA, VA — An Ms-13 gang member who formerly lived in Alexandria was sentenced to 25 years in prison in relation to the kidnapping and killing of a teen in Fairfax County.

Edwin Orellana Caballero, a Salvadoran who was 16 years old and lived in Alexandria at the time of the killing, was part of MS-13's Park View Locos Salvatrucha clique that kidnapped and killed a 14-year-old on Sept. 26, 2016.

Prosecutors say the gang lured the teen to Fairfax County's Holes Run Stream Valley Park and killed him with knives, machetes and a pickaxe in a wooded area. Once the teen was dead, gang members buried him in a shallow grave.
