Woodbridge Man Gave Drugs To Underage Girls Before Sexually Assaulting Them: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A Woodbridge man was arrested last week after authorities said he gave drugs to underage girls before sexually assaulting them.

Authorities identified the man as 35-year-old Balmore Alexander Ortiz Guardado. He is charged with one count of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of object sexual penetration, and four counts of distribution of narcotics to a minor.

Ortiz Guardado is being held without bond at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center. His court date is pending. If convicted of all charges, he could spend the rest of his life in prison.

The assaults occurred in August 2022 at homes in the Woodbridge area, the police department said.

On one occasion, three girls went to Ortiz Guardado's house. He gave the girls illegal narcotics and then sexually assaulted two of them, according to the police report. The police department did not specify what kind of drugs were involved.

One of the girls had met Ortiz Guardado online and he gave her drugs. He met the victim a second time at another home in Woodbridge on Aug. 14, 2022. Again, he gave the victim drugs and sexually assaulted her, authorities said.

Police officers arrested Ortiz Guardado on Thursday when they completed their investigation.
