ILTM Latin America, a global event for the luxury travel industry, took place this week and this year Belmond participated by celebrating 25 years of unrivalled travel experiences through our properties in Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley and the Colca Canyon. Just steps away from the Bienal São Paulo, where the event took place, we hosted a dinner party. Our renowned chef from the iconic Monasterio Hotel, Jorge Muñoz, joined the event and provided a live dining experience with a special menu featuring the exquisite flavours of Peru. The colourful dishes are part of the newly renovated OQRE restaurant.
