Ariana Madix Wishes Boyfriend Daniel Wai a Happy Birthday: 'The Most Handsome Man I Know'

Ariana Madix is celebrating her man on his special day!

On May 4, the Vanderpump Rules star, 38, shared an Instagram post dedicated to her boyfriend, Daniel Wai, on his birthday.

Alongside a sweet photo of herself and Wai smiling and touching noses, Madix wrote, “Happy birthday to the most handsome man i know who always lets me have the first and last bite 👑💖🥵.”

The fitness coach responded in the comments, writing, “Thank you so much. Best year ever!!”

Madix was first connected with Wai a little over a month after she learned of her longtime boyfriend Tom Sandoval's affair with their Vanderpump Rules costar Raquel Leviss in March 2023.

The now-couple — who met at a mutual friend's wedding — first sparked relationship rumors in April 2023 after they were seen showing some PDA at Coachella.

At the time, a source told PEOPLE that Madix, who was just emerging from her nine-year relationship with Sandoval, 40, wasn't looking to rush into anything "serious."

But, by May 2023, she was already "falling in love" with Wai, an insider told PEOPLE.

Since the start of their relationship, Madix has featured Wai — who made his Vanderpump Rules debut on season 11 — on her social media frequently, and vice versa.

After Madix’s journey on Dancing with the Stars came to an end when she finished in third place last December, for example, the trainer shared a sweet “appreciation post” dedicated to his girlfriend on Instagram.

Alongside a supercut of several of the star’s performances on the reality series, Wai wrote, “It was the wave for me! This is an appreciation post for @arianamadix I am so proud of you and you are so amazing and to me you are the champ, the people's champ.”

The fitness influencer also thanked her DWTS pro Pasha Pashkov “for all that you have done and for guiding her through this journey.”

Added Wai: ‘Thank you for all the support from everyone, especially the boys in NYC that only met her once and did all the watch parties with me!”
