Dion, who welcomed twin sons Eddy and Nelson four months ago, joined husband René Angélil as she hit the red carpet in a curve-hugging Giorgio Armani Privé gown. Later, she pulled a quick-change, donning another stunning look while singing “Smile” during the show’s in memoriam segment. Meanwhile, Best Supporting Actress nominee Adams, who’s said losing the pregnancy pounds was never a priority, looked gorgeous in her sparkling L’Wren Scott dress. However the first-time mom, who was joined by fiancé Darren Le Gallo, wasn’t totally immune to baby talk on the red carpet. While chatting with E!’s Ryan Seacrest, she gave a special shout-out to 9-month-old daughter Aviana, who was watching at home.
