The body of Warren Beard, 53, was found in the Des Plaines River in Rockdale on Tuesday, July 9. He was pronounced dead at 6:20 p.m. local time, the Will County Coroner’s Office said in a post on Facebook. The Illinois State Police are now investigating the incident, and an autopsy will be performed on Wednesday, the coroner’s office said. There had been no indication of foul play in the investigation, according to NBC affiliate WMAQ-TV.
