The 10th zodiac sign (falling between Dec. 22 and Jan. 19), these sea goats are serious about achieving their goals — from pushing themselves to reach that final mile on morning runs to meeting hard deadlines without losing sleep. Don't expect a Capricorn to be behind for that dinner for two; they'll likely already be seated — so don't be late! These signs are big on punctuality, managing their time efficiently (thanks to their planetary ruler, Saturn) and respecting other people and their boundaries, so reciprocating that same thoughtfulness will be appreciated. Capricorns will always be honest and transparent, but they can sometimes be slightly too blunt and condescending.
