Apparently, time does heal all wounds. Ireland Baldwin and dad Alec Baldwin took to Twitter on Sunday to mock the actor’s now infamous 2007 voicemail rant in which he called his then 11-year-old daughter a “rude, thoughtless, little pig.”

In an image, posted by Ireland, 19, she and her famous father read from a children’s book titled If I Were a Pig.

“If I were a pig I would be a rude and thoughtless one of course,” she wrote.

Ireland, who recently completed a stint in rehab for “emotional trauma,” has clearly forgiven her father for the headline-making incident.

The message to the then-11-year-old featured Alec using offensive language to speak to her after she missed a scheduled phone call.

The 30 Rock star told his young daughter that she needed her “ass straightened out,” and that she had “humiliated [him] for the last time.”

The voicemail, which came amid a bitter custody feud between Alec and Ireland’s mother Kim Basinger, left the actor feeling suicidal, he later admitted.

Ireland documented her current relationship with her father during her treatment in April, writing on Twitter that her family “never left each other’s sides.” She even shared a photo chowing down with her dad in her hospital bed.

Alec has since remarried, and now has two young children with wife Hilaria Baldwin.
