The reality star released a behind-the-scenes video, with the caption, “My book is coming out so soon! Here s a little BTS vid…Enjoy my loves!” In the 15-second video, Kardashian, 31, poses seductively – at one point in a black turtleneck and at one point not. In the book, which comes out on Nov. 3, Kardashian opens up about her own fitness journey and weight struggles. The cover features her topless, in bed, selectively covered by a sheet. “There is no such thing as perfect,” she said. “Nobody attains perfection. But if you keep working at it, you grow and evolve, and to me that’s sort of the point.” Trainer Gunnar Peterson told PEOPLE in August how hard Kardashian worked in losing 35 pounds. “Khloé gives as much to the gym as the gym gives to her,” he said. “She s in love with fitness.” Kardashian took a break from work to care for estranged husband Lamar Odom, who spent four days in a coma earlier this month during a medical crisis after being found unconscious at a Nevada brothel. “This is exactly what she feared,” a Kardashian source previously told PEOPLE, adding, “Everyone is hoping that this will be a reality check for him,” says the source, “and that he will make a change in his life and be the man he was created to be.”
