Get ready for Keeping Up with the Kardashians, courtroom edition.

Kim Kardashian‘s reality show will collide with real life at her divorce trial next month as her witness list includes her mother Kris Jenner, a show producer and even her ex Kris Humphries to try to prove her wedding wasn’t a made-for-TV sham.

Kardashian, who filed for divorce in 2011 after a 72-day marriage and is now expecting a baby with boyfriend Kanye West, also put herself on the witness list.

The reality starlet expects to provide “reasons why the parties’ marriage should be dissolved and not annulled” – as Humphries has requested – and show “that she did not defraud (Humphries) into marrying her,” according to her Los Angeles Superior Court filing. She also will testify about the former couple’s prenup, she says.

Kardashian, 32, lists Humphries, 28, as something of a witness against himself – she expects he’ll provide testimony that’ll bolster the case against the annulment and to disprove the very fraud he’s alleging, say the papers filed by Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser.

Jenner, too, is expected to provide “communications with the parties regarding their relationship” to show that Kardashian “did not defraud” Humphries when they tied the knot in a lavish televised ceremony.

And Kardashian lists longtime show producer Farnaz Farjam to show that “no conspiracy to defraud” the NBA player existed.

The rest of Kardashian’s proposed witnesses are financial people expected to testify about the former couple’s prenuptial agreement and their assets.
