Boyd first met his new fiancée, Wilhelmina model Taylor Borland, at a holiday party in 2014 the day after taking home the prize at the finale of the NBC reality show. “It was like love at first sight,” he says. “I remember first seeing her at the front door and just being taken back by how beautiful she was. I knew then that I had to get to know her.” The “I’m Still Here” singer popped the questions on June 13 on his tour bus after a performance at the Oak Ridge Boys Theater in Branson, Missouri. “It was the perfect way for him to propose because it was so unexpected,” says Borland. “It was just us on the bus hanging out but will be a night I never forget.” Boyd – who has a new album out this fall – has not yet set a wedding date with Borland, but the two hope to get married within the next year.
