CBS’s The Millers star, 43, filed divorce papers on April 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court requesting joint legal and physical custody of their two young children, Archie and Abel, along with visitation rights. Married since August 2003, the pair separated in 2012. Following their split, Arnett was linked to Billy Joel’s ex-wife, Katie Lee, last August, while Poehler, 42, was has most recently been linked to Nick Kroll, who she began dating early last year. This divorce will be a first for the actress and a second for Arnett, who was previously married to Penelope Ann Miller.
