Former model Yolanda van den Herik ties the knot with music producer David Foster on Nov. 11, 2011, in Beverly Hills, after being introduced by Yolanda's ex, Mohamed Hadid. It's her second marriage; his fourth. One year later, Yolanda joins The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, taking the couple's relationship and some of her more traditional opinions – that women should cook for their husbands, calling David "her king" – quite public. Still, "Nothing more meaningful amp precious then my Love's own written vows," she writes on Instagram.

One of Yolanda's first episodes centers on a dinner party she throws for her co-stars, bringing viewers into her gorgeous home and also the couple's privileged life – a glass refrigerator, hilly yards filled with lemon trees, private staff. It ends with some tipsy Housewives singing "Amazing Grace" around David's piano, and leaves fans with mixed feelings on David and the couple's relationship in general.

When moments between the pair aren't happening on-screen, they're happening on Yolanda's Instagram, where she documents their every move – and shares her musing on love. "Happiness can't be owned or earned. It is the experience of living every minute with Love, Grace and Gratitude," she writes here.

Red carpets are regular events for the two, who, between Yolanda's commitments, David's charity galas and awards like the Emmys and Grammys, seem to hit a black tie event every week. But throughout the series, David often has to skip Yolanda's plans for his own world travels, leaving her flying solo on couples' vacations and nights out. Despite their opposite schedules, they work to find time together, even if it means traveling to Asia for an on-set hangout.

In late 2012, Yolanda is diagnosed with Lyme disease, and finding a cure becomes both a personal and professional mission. "Hard times reveal true love.... Thank you my love for your unwavering support and dedication to get me well," she writes to David in an Instagram post.

In one of the couple's most recent selfies, Yolanda says, "The best thing to hold on to in life is each other......." Sadly, the pair announces their divorce on Dec. 1, 2015, about five weeks after moving out of their Malibu, California, home.
