Chrissy Teigen can't handle the spice!

On Wednesday, June 5, the model and cookbook author, 38, revealed on her Instagram Stories that she can no longer consume spicy food like she used to following the birth of her daughter Esti Maxine, 17 months.

“At first I had the garlic cream cheese and it was quite wonderful, now I’m doing a jalapeno cream cheese,” Teigen said in a video she snacked on a bagel on her couch. “You guys, I am Thai, we eat the hottest food in the world. But since Esti, I can’t take spice as much anymore. I still do it but my body is rejecting it.”

Blowing air from her mouth, she added, “How do I get it back?”

In addition to Esti, Teigen shares daughter Luna Simone, 8, son Miles Theodore, 6, and son Wren Alexander, 11 months, with her husband John Legend.

Before sharing her comments regarding spicy food, the mother of four told her husband — who's preparing for season 27 of The Voice — that she was going to watch 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? without him.

“I’m sorry John,” Teigen said as she ate her bread and cream cheese and tagged Legend’s Instagram handle. “I know you’re gone but you’re gone for too long and now I’ll watch Happily Ever After without you. Excited, really excited for ‘Pornocchio,' " she added in reference to the name of an episode on the reality show.

Speaking at Aura’s inaugural Digital Parenthood Summit on Tuesday, June 4, she revealed that she’s uncomfortable with the inappropriate ads served to children while they’re watching YouTube videos during iPad time.

“Who am I going to call [to complain]?” she asked. “It makes me very uncomfortable,” adding that there should "absolutely’" be regulations on the ads.

Teigen went on to say that she would ideally allow her children to use social media “after high school," describing it as her "absolute dream.”

“Unless there are more rules and regulations in place, I would prefer for them not to be on social,” she said. “I want them to be safe and happy and flourishing as kids.”
