On Wednesday night, Johnson posted an Instagram video of himself prepping his world-famous — “at least they’re world-famous in my head” — Rock pancakes. Controversial: Johnson prefers milk chocolate chips to semi-sweet. “I like the milk chocolate because it’s that sweet chocolate. Plus ‘sweet chocolate’ was my nickname in college.” At the end of the video, the actor insists he’s going to “destroy” the huge pile of pancakes, and we’re inclined to believe him. He looks really, really excited. Johnson takes his indulgences very seriously. In a photo posted while filming Baywatch, his cheat meal includes, you guessed it, a giant plate of pancakes. In a 2015 Muscle and Fitness article, he shared that he starts the day with 10 oz. of cod, two whole eggs and two cups of oatmeal, followed by a second meal of 8 oz. of cod, a sweet potato and a cup of veggies. Then he eats four more meals throughout the day packed with lean protein, veggies and, surprisingly enough, zero chocolate chips.
