Gypsy-Rose Blanchard entered her new era with some newfound wisdom.

The Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup star, who turned 33 on Saturday, July 27, recapped her birthday in a video posted on TikTok and Instagram on Wednesday, July 31.

In the clip, Blanchard gets lunch with her loved ones and asks them for advice as she begins a new year of life.

"Stay happy, stay healthy, keep your mind healthy, and think before you say and do, please," says her half-sister, Mia Blanchard, on a car ride to the restaurant.

After Blanchard laughs, she points the camera at another passenger and asks the same question.

"Always be true to yourself. Never change because you want somebody else to change, too. And always be as sweet as you are, and know that God loves you," they say.

Blanchard ends the segment by turning the camera to her stepmother, Kristy Blanchard, who was driving.

"I second everything that they said," she says. "Think before you speak. Remember that what you put out in the universe — good vibes come back to you, bad vibes come back — stay true to yourself."

The clip then cuts to Blanchard and her boyfriend, Ken Urker, 31, grabbing dinner at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel New Orleans.

While looking at the menu, the two engage in a hilarious discussion over the difference between "a Caesar salad and the other kinds of salads" before Blanchard asks Urker to give her his best piece of birthday advice.

"Stay away from the negativity [and] negative voices," he says. "And have all the faith and trust in your loved ones in your circle and just keep going forward. We're here for you."

The video ends with a clip of Blanchard blowing out the candles of a cake during dinner and another cake after they return home.

This is the first birthday that Blanchard, a victim of Munchausen by proxy, has celebrated since being released from prison in December 2023 after serving eight years for her role in the 2015 murder of her mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard.
