Hallmark is expanding!

The network announced on Wednesday, Aug. 14, that its new streaming service, Hallmark+, will launch on Tuesday, Sept. 10. Hallmark first revealed the new platform at its TCA Summer Press Tour presentation in July.

Members will have access to exclusive benefits, rewards and retail product offerings, including free greeting cards monthly and unlimited free eCards. They can earn rewards points including a $5 coupon each month and free annual membership gifts.

The membership fees will be $79.99 annually and $7.99 monthly.

On the day of the launch, Hallmark will premiere several new original series on its new platform, including the scripted series The Chicken Sisters and the unscripted series Celebrations with Lacey Chabert

The former is based on KJ Dell'Antonia's New York Times bestselling novel about two families who own rival restaurants in the Deep South as they compete for the title of the best fried chicken in town. The show stars Lea Thompson, Genevieve Angelson, Schuyler Fisk, Wendie Malick, James Kot, Rukiya Bernard, Ektor Rivera, Jake Foy and Margo Martindale as the narrator.

Both series debut on Sept. 10, and new episodes will premiere every Thursday beginning Sept. 12.
