In late May 2020, the Kardashian family's longtime realtor, Tomer Fridman, teased a new listing that he's handling while appearing on an exclusive episode of Real Talk on IGTV — and while he wouldn't say for certain who the listing belongs to, it's clear based on all of his details that it was the Good American founder's not-so-humble abode.

Describing the house to Real Talk host Alexander Ali, Fridman explained that the 11,000-square-foot, Mediterranean Revival mansion is located in The Oaks neighborhood of Calabasas, and is set to be listed for $18,950,000.

According to Fridman — who has listed celebrity properties belonging to the likes of Britney Spears, Shaq and Khloé and her ex-husband Lamar Odom — potential buyers will love the "pedigree" and privacy of Kardashian's home, as it is one of the few homes in the area that sits along the Malibu Canyon.

"You have the most breathtaking views," he explained of the property, which sits on 1.56 acres. "Just absolutely incredible, complete privacy, I mean unless you're in a helicopter you're not seeing into this house ever." The Oaks is also a gated community, and Fridman says the home is "double gated."

In early May 2020, PEOPLE reported that the 22-year-old cosmetics mogul acquired a five-acre parcel of land for $15 million in Hidden Hills.

Variety reported that Jenner purchased the ample property in cash in an off-market deal, and marketing materials for the property state it is one of the largest in Hidden Hills.

The outlet also noted that the property previously belonged to Miley Cyrus, who owned a two-story ranch house and kept her horses on the land from 2015 to 2018. The next owner allegedly tore down the home and made plans to build an extravagant new compound, but they were never executed.

On May 8, a design source told PEOPLE that Jenner had commissioned renowned architect Richard Landry to build a new home on the currently vacant property, a plan that's been in the works for months.

Landry has worked with a number of big-name clients, including Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart and Michael Bolton. He also had a hand in Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen's custom 9,716-square-foot former home in Brookline, Massachusetts, and their former mansion in Los Angeles, which they sold to Dr. Dre in 2014.

Jenner seems to be taking the project very seriously — even the less glamorous parts of construction. "They were incredibly diligent about making sure the lot was compacted correctly for the house they want to build," the insider told PEOPLE. "It's good for the neighborhood that she's doing that and that there will be a significant architect."

In April, PEOPLE confirmed that the 22-year-old beauty mogul purchased a new $36.5 million estate in the exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood of Holmby Hills.

An insider said Jenner got a huge discount on the property, as it was previously listed for $45,950,000 on April 3. The estate is brand new and was completed in August 2019. It was first listed for $55 million.

The sizable compound, sitting on 0.83 acres, boasts seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and even has 20 parking spaces for the reality star's several luxury cars.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has already shared plenty of photos of her and her daughter Stormi hanging out in the new home - taking advantage of the pool and the tennis court.

The purchase comes nearly two years after Jenner sold one of her Hidden Hills homes in an off-market deal for $6.7 million, according to Variety.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and Jesus Is King rapper shelled out $6.3 million for an undeveloped plot of land in the Madison Club community of La Quinta, a resort city in the Coachella Valley close to Palm Springs, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The pair made the purchase in late 2019, the outlet reported, gaining two acres of tree-dotted land on the same street where Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, and sister, Kylie Jenner, also own property. A representative for Kim had no comment on the purchase.

Kris bought her 11,000-square-foot La Quinta vacation home for $12 million in 2018, according to the Times. Kylie purchased her own plot of undeveloped land a half-mile down the road for $3.25 million in early 2019.

The Yeezy designer, 42, purchased a ranch in Cody, Wyoming — a city in the northwest of the state, just 52 miles from Yellowstone National Park, a source told PEOPLE in September 2019. The property, formerly known as "Monster Lake Ranch," comes in at just over 4,500 acres and cost the rapper a reported $14 million.

News of the purchase did not come as a total shock to fans, as Kim Kardashian had revealed dreams of living in Wyoming in the next 10 years in her September cover story for Vogue Arabia. "I see us living on a ranch in Wyoming, occasionally going to Palm Springs and our home in Los Angeles — and becoming a lawyer," the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star told her husband, who interviewed her for the story.

A source also revealed to PEOPLE that West had been touring elementary schools in the area, seemingly making arrangements for the couple's four kids.
