Caught in the Act!

• A breakfast date and a business meal: Heidi Klum and Seal strolled into the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood hand-in-hand before sitting down for breakfast. The musician finished a fruit plate and bowl of granola, while the Project Runway host sipped water and took notes during their meetings. Before leaving, the couple stopped by another table on the patio to say hello to a group, then walked off holding hands.

• With wife Victoria in the Big Apple for New York Fashion Week, David Beckham had an action-packed dinner at Cleo with restaurant owner Sam Nazarian. The footballer looked amused as he watched a traditional Greek plate-breaking right in front of his table, and he joined the other guests as they applauded at the spectacle. After the excitement, Beckham settled back into his Mediterranean-inspired meal.

• Kelly Osbourne jumped into a hot tub fully clothed and bounced a beach ball with her male friends (who were just wearing underwear) while partying at Le Bain inside New York’s Standard Hotel. The starlet was there earlier to celebrate at the V magazine bash at the Boom Boom Room, also at the Standard. Meanwhile, Mary-Kate Olsen was dancing nearby and strolling the room in a leopard-print jumpsuit.

• Whitney Port, dining with friends at Bill’s Bar & Burger in N.Y.’s Meatpacking District. The large group enjoyed burgers, wings, cheese fries and onion rings, but Port kept it light (and healthy) with a veggie burger with no sauce.
