Couples Watch: Ellen & Portia, Leo & Bar

• Ellen DeGeneres, stopping production of her talk show at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian in Las Vegas to go shopping with wife Portia de Rossi. De Rossi was looking for jeans, so the couple swung by Paige Boutique, where the actress picked up some dark denim. Meanwhile, DeGeneres had to get back to work, but she urged her wife to stay and shop as she filmed.

• Fresh off a romantic Mexican vacation, Leonardo DiCaprio and girlfriend Bar Refaeli headed out for a late dinner with two friends at BLT in Los Angeles. There, the two opted to sit across from each other – but that didn’t stop them from sharing off their plates and giving one another loving looks. Both were casual, DiCaprio in his usual baseball cap and Refaeli with her hair in a messy bun, which she later took down. “At one point Bar fed Leo with her fork right across the table,” a fellow diner says. “It was really cute.” The couple ordered cheese popovers, Bar nibbled on a salad and Leo took a big chunk of steak right off his pal’s plate. Says the diner: “The group was having a great time.”

• Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham, watching 2-year-old son Mike sing karaoke at kid-friendly indoor playground and restaurant Giggles N’ Hugs in Brentwood, Calif. His song of choice? The tot took the stage, belting out “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” not once – but four times. “The entire place went crazy,” says owner Joey Parsi. “Mark was taking pictures of him and Rhea was laughing and laughing. They loved it.” When not singing, Mike spent time on the Harley Davidson rocking motorcycle as his parents watched on.

• Before their big engagement party, Ali Larter and fiancé Hayes MacArthur, shared a relaxed lunch along with eight friends at the Beverly Hills Hotel’s Polo Lounge. The Heroes star looked beautiful in a navy short-sleeved dress with her hair back and sunglasses on the top of her head, while MacArthur sported a simple button down. At their table, Larter seemed quite at ease despite the evening’s festivities still to come. MacArthur was in the same low-key mood and was very attentive to Larter, often holding her hand.

• Minka Kelly, hanging on the sidelines at a University of Texas football game in Austin with Derek Jeter. The pair cheered the team to victory against University of Missouri. Earlier in the week, the two were seen cozying up at Momo’s, also in Austin, where they listened to singer Dan Dyer perform. According to an insider, the two looked “together and happy.”

• Evangeline Lilly and Dominic Monaghan, sharing a romantic evening at So.Cial at Le Magasin in Vancouver’s Gastown neighborhood. The Lost stars “seemed very comfortable and affectionate with each other and smiled at other guests,” an onlooker tells us.
