Ice Spice is shutting down rumors surrounding how she achieved her recent weight loss.

On August 19, the “Princess Diana” rapper, 24, hosted an X Spaces chat where she discussed accusations claiming she’s been taking Ozempic, an FDA-approved prescription medication for people with type 2 diabetes.

It's one of the brand names for semaglutide — also known as Wegovy — which works in the brain to impact satiety, and is the latest Hollywood weight loss trend.

"I wish y'all never learned the word Ozempic. That's one thing I wish," she said on the platform, formerly known as Twitter. "Oh my God, like, what even is Ozempic? What the f--- is that? Genuinely, what is that?"

Ice Spice is currently on a world tour following the release of her long-awaited debut album Y2K! and insisted that her grueling schedule is how she’s slimmed down.

"Like, you lazy ass bitches never heard of a gym?" she continued. "It's called the gym. It's called eating healthy. It's called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all day, it would be easier to stay big."

The Grammy nominee isn’t the only celebrity to deny taking Ozempic for weight loss as the weekly injections continue to trend.

Earlier this year, 50 Cent clapped back at claims he used the drug for his 43-lb. weight loss.

“Everybody talking about weight loss. I was in the gym. I was working the f--- out, man. Who says Ozempic? I was running,” he insisted in an Instagram video. “I was running, I was doing what I had to do.”

“You seen me on tour. I was running around,” he continued. “I was 253 lbs., I came down and I’m 210 right now. Oww, so how you feel about it?”

Other stars who have denied taking Ozempic include Scheana Shay, Ashley Benson, Julia Fox, Jessica Simpson, Garcelle Beauvais and more.
