Jeremiah Duggar Welcomes 2nd Baby with Wife Hannah Duggar: 'So Very Thankful'

The Duggar family has grown by one.

Jeremiah Duggar and his wife, Hannah Duggar, announced on Sunday that they welcomed their second daughter, Brielle Grace. 

“Welcome to the world our dearest little Brielle Grace!! You have already brought so much joy into our lives!” the pair captioned their joint Instagram post. “We love you beyond what words can say and are SO very thankful for our two little girls. 🥹💖.”

Brielle joins Jeremiah and Hannah’s firstborn, Brynley Noelle, who was born just 14 months ago on Dec. 25, 2022. Brynley “decided to arrive early,” the couple shared on Instagram as they announced her birth a week later on New Year's Day.

The couple, who got married in March 2022 just three months after getting engaged, revealed on Instagram last November that they were expecting their second child.

“Life just keeps getting sweeter! 🤍#thebestdays #sograteful,” they captioned the joint post, which saw Jeremiah holding Brynley while Hannah held up an ultrasound. 

Several members of the Duggar family passed on congratulatory messages to the happy couple following the announcement, with Jeremiah’s sister Jill Duggar Dullard writing, “Congratulations!!!”

“So over the moon for y’all!😍,” Hannah’s sister Alaythia Wissman commented.

Jeremiah’s sister Jessa Duggar Seewald also reacted, leaving “😍😍” in the comments.

Jessa was also expecting at the time that her brother and Hannah announced their exciting news. She and her husband, Ben Seewald, announced that they were expecting their fifth child together in September, a year after she tragically suffered a miscarriage.

"After a heartbreaking loss last year, we are so grateful God has blessed us with a rainbow baby," Jessa, 30, wrote on her Instagram Story as she shared a link to a video on her YouTube channel, titled "A Baby on the Way & Romantic Getaway!"

"Just this past week we found out some wonderful news that our rainbow baby is on the way and we could not be more excited," the Counting On star said in the video.

In October, she shared an update on her pregnancy, writing on Instagram, "Every heartbeat heard, every ultrasound seen, every appointment with a good report… the worries fade a little bit more. God has blessed us beyond measure, and YOU ARE SO, SO LOVED, my little one. #rainbowbaby🌈.”

In December, they welcomed their son, George, whom Jessa called the “Best Christmas present ever!” He joins brothers Spurgeon, 8, Henry, 7, and sisters Ivy, 4, and Fern, 2, to make Jessa and Ben a family of six.
