On Tuesday, June 25, the rapper, 31, tapped into the power of social media and initially sent LeBron, 39, a direct message, writing “You and bronny come to Chicago bulls s**t I’ll pay you if I got to,” according to Billboard. To ensure that he message was received, Durk added a second message to his Instagram Stories that read, “idc if I got to go half @ChicagoBulls it’s time lol.” Lil Durk. But that is not only dependent on Bronny being drafted by the team, but also if LeBron chooses to continue playing instead of retiring, Yahoo! Sports reported. Bronny announced he declared for the NBA Draft back in April via an Instagram post. “I’ve had a year with some ups and downs but all added growth for me as a man, student and athlete. I’ve made the decision to enter the NBA Draft while maintaining my college eligibility, and will also be entering the NCAA transfer portal.” He continued, adding “Thank you to USC for an amazing freshman year, and as always thankful for my family, friends, doctors, athletic trainers and fans for their support.”
