The Grammy-winning singer stepped out Wednesday night in Atlanta with a smile on her face, just hours after reports surfaced that she’d filed for divorce from husband Shannon Brown after eight years of marriage. TMZ reported that Monica filed for divorce from Brown, a former Los Angeles Laker, in Atlanta in early March. A rep for Monica did not immediately respond to request for comment, while a rep for Brown, 33, could not be reached.
