At the end of October, O'Donnell shared an adorable snap to her Instagram, announcing that she was once again a grandmother. In the photo, O'Donnell held her newest grandchild, who was snuggled up in a dino onesie.

"Atlas - number 4 #grandmaROSE," she captioned the photo.

In a sweet TikTok earlier this month, O'Donnell revealed it was daughter Chelsea who had welcomed baby Atlas, her first son.

Last December, the TV personality shared a sweet photo on Instagram of her two older granddaughters — Riley and Skylar — sitting side-by-side in a booth wearing matching long-sleeved white shirts with red overalls.

Neither little girl smiled but both looked directly at the camera, with Riley leaning on the table with a bottle in front of her and Skylar holding her hands together.

"Riley n Skylar," the proud grandma wrote, adding the hashtags, "grandkids," "Wisconsin," and "Christmas."
