The actress, 51, wore a custom Balmain ensemble Saturday night as she stepped out to support her American Fiction castmates at the SAG Awards, which honor individual performances and casts in film and television. Her look consisted of a floor-sweeping column skirt and structured corset with Balmain's signature gold buttons down the front and a sweetheart neckline. It was topped with a cropped black jacket. She also carried a matching black handbag. While on the red carpet, she spoke with E!'s Laverne Cox and gushed over her custom look, saying, “This was made for me!” The actress added of creative director Olivier Rousteing's work, “All i have to say is whaaa?!” She even showed off a carousel of photos on Instagram, with each angle of the outfit on display. Frazer Harrison/Getty Ross, who is nominated as a part of American Fiction’s outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture, has shown off a wide range of styles throughout the American Fiction press run, ranging from an understated pink dress at the film's premiere in December to a cozy-yet-sophisticated all-black sweater and jeans — all designed by Loewe — look at a New York City screening. Jason Mendez/Getty The Girlfriends alum also attended Saturday's festivities in support of her fellow American Fiction castmates, including Jeffrey Wright, who was nominated for male actor in a leading role — motion picture, and Sterling K. Brown, who was nominated for his supporting role in the comedy-drama. Later in the evening, Ross is set to take the stage to present an award at the ceremony, joining the likes of her co-stars Erika Alexander and Issa Rae, as well as other stars of the award season, including The Color Purple's Colman Domingo and Taraji P.
