In PEOPLE's exclusive peek at the season 5 premiere of The Kardashians, dropping on Hulu May 23, Jenner compliments Disick's healthy new look. “There you are — wow!” Kris says as she walks into the living room with Khloé Kardashian to greet Disick, who turns 41 on May 26. “Somebody’s lost a lot of weight,” Kris, 68, tells him as he pulls her in for a hug. Kris then stands back to look Disick up and down, saying, “You look great.” In a confessional, Kris continued her comments, saying, “Scott looks great. And I know that he's really struggled the last year or so.” The episode cuts to an older scene, where Khloé looked through Scott’s fridge and comments, “You’re really living large these days.” Scott replied, “I've gained a lot of weight here because of my back,” and is shown putting what appears to be ice packs on his back while he sits on the couch. Scott Disick shows the contents of his fridge and the weight loss drug Mounjaro is on the shelf. Hulu Disick’s ongoing back pain was the result of a frightening car accident in 2022, when police say he was speeding and ended up flipping his car, a Lamborghini SUV. On an episode of The Kardashians last October, Scott said he was "barely mobile," telling Khloé, “since the car accident, everything has changed. I haven’t been able to run around, I’ve gained weight.” It was his former sister-in-law — Disick split from Kourtney Kardashian in 2015, and they share three children Reign, 9, Penelope, 11, and Mason, 15 — who encouraged him to seek physical therapy.
