Kathy Griffin

Kathy Griffin is an American comedian, actress and activist. She rose to fame in 1996 as a stand-up comedian and for portraying Vicki Groener on the NBC sitcom Suddenly Susan. Griffin has won two Primetime Emmy Awards for her TV show Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List and a Grammy award in 2014 for best comedy album for Calm Down Gurrl. Griffin is also a strong supporter of LGBTQ rights and received the Vanguard Award from GLAAD in 2009.
