Taylor Swift Debuts New Eras Tour Outfits in Milan, Including a Lyric Change on a Beloved TTPD Dress

Swift also showed off a flirty new Roberto Cavalli design for the 'Fearless' era

Taylor Swift seems to always have new things up her (very sparkly) sleeve.

The "Lavender Haze" singer performed in Milan on July 13 and July 14 and debuted a couple gorgeous outfits despite already being deep into the Eras Tour (with dozens of outfits in rotation) and already being at the tail end of the European leg.

But Swift, 34, doesn't slow down when it comes to showing off — so out came the new looks.

During the Fearless era of the July 13 show, Swift wore a brand new Roberto Cavalli minidress designed by creative director Fausto Puglisi, who was also in attendance at the show. Puglisi has designed a number of pieces for Swift over the years, including several that she currently wears for the tour (like her Reputation catsuit!).

This new party dress is a beaded black and gold number with a fringe skirt that twirls and catches the light while she performs. The house shared a behind-the-scenes video of the creation of the dress on Instagram, writing in the caption: "A night to remember: @taylorswift arrives in Milan. The #RobertoCavalli atelier has crafted a mesmerizing #RobertoCavalliCouture short party dress with a fringed skirt, entirely embroidered with crystals and micro-beads, evoking the iconic Roberto Cavalli #RayOfGold print look. This exclusive design is by @faustopuglisi for #TheErasTour. Styled by @josephcassell1."

Also on July 13, Swift changed up her Vivienne Westwood dress for the Tortured Poets Department era. While the dress looks very similar to the previous design — a corseted white number — the lyrics on the skirt had changed.

When Swift added her most recent album, which dropped on April 19, to the set list when she brought the show to Europe in May, it meant adding a few new costumes. One was the custom Vivienne Westwood design with lyrics to Fortnite on the skirt.

In Milan, the skirt had lyrics to "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me?" instead. The words were also crafted differently — this time they were placed in black crystals for a pointillism effect.

The gloves, which Swift started wearing for this set a few shows back to keep her hands warm (and add some extra oomph to the look), got an upgrade with some crystal bedazzling as well.

As if that wasn't impressive enough, Swift added yet another new look on July 14. During Speak Now — which only includes one song — the Grammy winner revealed another princess dress for the collection.

Fans all over social media captured pictures and videos of the new ombré purple ballgown — custom made by Zuhair Murad — including this one on X (formerly Twitter). The dress had spaghetti straps that crisscrossed in the back before dipping down. The bodice was all about the sparkles before fanning out into a tulle skirt.

The new gown perfectly fits into the other looks in the Speak Now era, which include custom pieces from Nicole + Felicia, Elie Saab and more by Zuhair Murad.
