In an email to PEOPLE, an Arlington Police Department spokesperson said that the victim, identified as Carl Blaylock III by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office, was working on a tree with a chainsaw in Arlington, Texas, when he apparently hit a power line and was electrocuted. He was pronounced dead at the scene, said authorities. "This appears to be a very tragic accident.” Authorities said Blaylock’s family members had to be kept back from officers as firefighters worked to retrieve his body. "He and his girlfriend Alyssa had just announced on Facebook that they were expecting a baby girl later this year." "Trey was the first generation [in his family] to graduate high school at Timber Creek High School and was finding his footing in life but working contract jobs to earn money.
