Jeremy Allen White is ready to get back in the kitchen!

On Wednesday morning, White, 32, appeared on Today with his Iron Claw castmates, and gave The Bear fans a timeline for the series' third season.

"I think we're going to get started up in like February, March,” said White, who plays fine-dining chef Carmen "Carmy" Berzatto on the critically acclaimed FX show, which was renewed for a third season in November, per Variety.

But he will be honing his skills to step back into Carmy’s culinary world before that, White revealed.

"I'm going to get together with some chefs in January and start prepping in the kitchen again, sharpening up the skills,” he said.

White also revealed that the drama-comedy series — which follows a Chicago restaurant’s struggle for success — has also impacted his real-life dining experiences.

When asked by Today anchor Craig Melvin if restaurant staff would recognize him and his Bear costars and “send out free food,” White said, “Yeah, they kept us fed.”

He also experienced this treatment while filming The Iron Claw in Louisiana last year.

"Shout out to all the wonderful restaurants in Baton Rouge,” the Shameless alum added. “They really took care of us."

“It’s the only reason I went for dinner with him,” joked Harris Dickinson, White's Iron Claw costar and on-screen brother.

White training with real-life chefs is not new — he studied with pro chefs for both of The Bear’s previous seasons, he revealed in a June interview with Gold Derby.

To learn the ins-and-outs of working in a professional kitchen, the actor carried out a lot of character research and preparation at Pasjoli, a French restaurant in Santa Monica, he told the outlet.

“I spent a lot of time as a fly on the wall, and I’d help them prep where you can’t really screw up anything too badly,” he said.

Then, on one “pretty busy night,” one of the chefs told him to “start cooking,” even though he was “so, so scared," he revealed.

Stressful or otherwise, White said working in kitchens like Pasjoli’s is “something I wanted to do.”

"I like spending time in these places,” he told Gold Derby. “I like all the people that work there, and I like all learning about this craft.”

And his work paid off — White won the internet’s heart with both his hardcore chef skills and heartthrob status as Carmy.

While speaking to PEOPLE at the world premiere of The Iron Claw last month, he reacted to the online obsession over his Bear character.

"What do I say to the internet?" The Bear star asked before responding, "Thanks for watching. I don't know, I'm flattered. It surprises me, truly."

"But I'll take it!" White added with a shrug. "I'll take what I can get!"
