Tia Mowry is looking forward to living single and returning to reality TV!

On April 11, the Twitches actress, 45, revealed on Instagram that she will star in the upcoming WE tv and ALLBLK series Tia Mowry: My Next Act. The show will feature what Mowry calls “unlimited access to behind-the-scenes goings-on” of her “multifaceted life.”

“Lately I’ve been taking my power back. I’m so lucky to have a community - YOU ALL - that are so close to my life, the ups and downs, my wins and my struggles,” she wrote in the caption. “An intention I set this year is to embrace ALL that I’m experiencing, so I’m removing the filter like never before.”

Mowry, who finalized her divorce from ex-husband Cory Hardrict in 2023, continued, “Recently divorced, for the first time in my life, I am truly experiencing what life is like on my own both personally and professionally.”

Previewing the program, Mowry said, “I’m ready to date, take my multiple businesses to the next level, and discover what makes me happy. With this exciting new chapter comes profound changes and adjustments to the roles I play in my everyday life and my next act.”

She concluded the announcement with a note of gratitude to her fans, who provided her with “endless support and dialogue.”

In April 2023, Mowry and Hardrict, 44, settled the terms of their divorce six months after separating. According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, the pair came to an agreement on “property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support.” They also upheld their previous agreement in an October 2022 filing to share legal and physical custody of their two kids.
