Khloé Kardashian has been through her fair share of heartache – and now, she’s revealing just how to bounce back.

The secret to feeling “like a badass after a breakup?” A rock-hard bod, apparently.

In a Thursday post on her website and app, the reality star explained just how powerful a “revenge body” can be.

“I guess since I started transforming my body and myself after such a low point in my life, people see me as some sort of expert on the subject [of bouncing back after a breakup],” she wrote.

“I’m not claiming to be one, but I do have some insight to share with you dolls,” she continued. “I told Rob [Kardashian] a while back: the best form of revenge is a good body. It’s a little silly but true.”

According to the reality star – who revealed last year she dropped 35 lbs. – there is “literally no downfall to working out your blues in the gym!”

“You’ll feel better, and the by-product will be a fierce bod that’s bound to make your ex do a double-take,” she added.

Kardashian, 31, has hailed the powers of a “revenge body” before, showing off hers on the cover of Women’s Health magazine in August 2015.

Kardashian told the magazine she began working out in 2012 because she “needed a release” around the time she was splitting from her ex Lamar Odom.

In fact, Kardashian will soon be helping others get their own killer figure on an upcoming E! reality show, Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian.

Throughout the six episodes, Kardashian will work with experts to help people faced with various challenges – from being dumped to losing their jobs – by giving them total body makeovers.

Of course, Kardashian also acknowledges it’s important to get in touch with your emotions as well when going through a difficult split.

“The most important thing is to be honest with yourself. You need to find a way to genuinely be okay with the fact that things didn’t work out, and know that time heals all,” she wrote on her website. “Nothing lasts forever – that’s the good news and the bad news! Focus on the positive and don’t fake it.”
