"I have agreed to do this on camera and I have agreed to be truthful about my life," she added. "And he wants to be with me and so he said, 'All right, if, whatever you want to do, I'm all in.'"

In perhaps one of the wilder behind-the-scenes hookups, Michelle Kujawa of The Bachelor and Bachelor Pad caused quite a stir on Bachelor in Paradise when she took herself out of the competition, only to be discovered on her last night with Ryan Putz, the audio operator.

Putz jumped 25 feet from Kujawa's balcony to avoid being seen, but he ended up breaking both of his legs ... and getting fired. Although it sadly wasn't filmed, the reenactment is easily deserving of Chris Harrison's "most dramatic" designation.

Susie Meister & Adam Butler

Meister met her husband, Adam Butler, while filming MTV's Real World Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins in Thailand in 2009.

She penned an essay about the relationship, saying, "I don't know many reality cast members who haven't had a crush on, hooked up with, or dated a crew member. Crossing the Line is as much sport as it is romance. I'm just lucky My Sound Guy happened to live up the imaginary dream man I created in my mind. In one day, I won $70,000 and 'met' the British audio mixer who would become my husband–a sound guy indeed!"

The Bachelor contestant was kicked off of Jake Pavelka's season after being accused of carrying on with a producer during filming.

Chris Harrison told PEOPLE at the time that the two were caught by other contestants and that the staffer admitted to the hook-up.

"She had a physical relationship with a producer on our show," Harrison said. "You cannot do that. There is no gray area. … Other girls on the show saw it. The producer confessed more than once and to more than one person. I cannot make it any clearer."

However, in Amy Kaufman's book Bachelor Nation, Papa denied having any sort of relationship with the producer in question, suggesting it was a one-way crush. When she confronted him during a phone call after her dismissal, she says he told her that he reported his feelings to his bosses because "they could just see it on my face that I really cared for you in a way that I didn't care for the other contestants."

Burns told MTV News, "Bear in mind, I was coming from an all-male military school -- I really didn't have much contact with women. So to have a woman 10 years my senior show affection to me, I absolutely flipped my lid. I just fell madly in love with her. And with good reason — she's a beautiful, intelligent woman. I'm still friends with Kira; unfortunately, she just happened to be employed by the company that was f---ing filming me."
