Bre Tiesi Played a Role in Chelsea Lazkani's Divorce, Selling Sunset Season 8 Trailer Reveals (Exclusive)

The Oppenheim Group agents are reigniting old feuds (and welcoming a new cast member) on Netflix on Friday, Sept. 6.

The Oppenheim Group agents are reigniting old feuds (and welcoming a new cast member) in the long-awaited eighth season of Selling Sunset.

PEOPLE got an exclusive first look at the trailer for season eight of the hit Netflix reality series returning on Sept. 6, and the Los Angeles agents appear to pull out all the stops when it comes to the highly competitive real estate scene.

While the agents also prepare to welcome a new cast member, Alanna Gold, this season, a particularly jaw-dropping scene in the trailer revolves around the long-lasting feud between returning agents Bre Tiesi and Chelsea Lazkani.

“I did hear something… about Chelsea’s husband,” a friend is seen telling Tiesi, who then covers her mouth with her long red nails in shock. The scene cuts to an equally surprised Chrishell Stause, who gasps and says, “No…”

The dramatic moment is a clear reference to Lazkani’s unexpected divorce filing from her husband of seven years, Jeff Lazkani, in March 2024. As Jeff has been featured on the reality series in previous seasons, many fans are eager to know what exactly transpired between the exes.

A shot of Tiesi walking confidently to meet up with Chelsea at a restaurant pans onto the screen as she says in the background, “They say don’t shoot the messenger… she’s definitely going to shoot me,” referring to Chelsea.

With tears in her eyes during a confessional-style clip, Chelsea then says, “I don’t want to do this. I can’t do this."

The two agents got off to a rocky start when Tiesi joined the show in season 6 and Chelsea admitted that she finds Tiesi’s romantic relationship with Nick Cannon “rather off-putting.” Tiesi shares son Legendary Love, 2, with Cannon, who is also dad to 11 more children.

To make matters even more mysterious, the trailer teases agent Nicole Young holding onto some juicy intel that could seemingly cause serious damage among her co-workers.

“I heard information that could really affect families, marriages,” she says as agent Amanza Smith is seen shaking her head.

Last season, Young butted heads with Stause, calling her an “awful person” after Stause accused Young of “rearranging her whole face.” She also got into a rift with agent Emma Hernan (a close friend of Stause’s) after she referred to her as a “social climber.”

Despite the agents' messy history, they don’t appear to dredge up the past in the trailer.

Another cliffhanger from season 7 that fans might get some closure on is Tiesi’s threat to leave the Oppenheim Group for good after being unhappy with her commission split and claiming that Chelsea was trying to “f---” with her clients.

“I need you back,” Oppenheim Group president Jason Oppenheim tells Tiesi in the trailer.

The scene then cuts to a fed-up Tiesi who looks directly into the camera and says: “Get that camera out of my face, I swear to God.”
