1. Navo Oil Mill (2011-2013):-
Responsibilities as a mill maintenance engineer is to ensure necessary repair and maintenance is well executed as per the plan to all machines/equipment in order to achieve high level of reliability so as to ensure company's targets are achieved.
Tasks include;
- Project planning, implementation and engagment
- Preventive maintenance planning, daily, weekly and shut-down work planning,
- Spare parts ordering & inventory planning, costing, and design.
- Organise/coordinate Weekly & monthly meetings
- Budget planning and proposal submission
- Annual performance review (appraisals)

2. Barema Oil Mill(2014-2015):- Same roles and responsibilities as above but an addition would include the following;
- Commissioning of newly built 45mt capacity mill with tilting sterilizers,
- Complete Installation and commissioning of 2.5MW multi stage steam turbine,
- Complete construction and commission Bio Gas plant + step by step commissioning of each lines
- Recruitment and mobilisation of work force for the mill.
- Test Run + Running of Production
- Trained on using computer management soft ware - LINTRAMEX (how to best manage maintenance tasks, spare parts management, work request approval + purchase order approval through system and etc)

3. Wast Management (Effluent Ponds @ Navo Mill and Bio Gas Plant @ Barema Oil Mill)
