We're looking for a part-time VA who has previous work experience in a maid agency, cleaning agency, or handyman services. We're a residential and commercial cleaning company seeking candidates with an abundance of positive energy. This opportunity will consist of responding to calls and following-up calls, emails, and messages for leads and current customers in 1 min or less. Sales/Customer Service - 1 year preferred Experience working in home service business (cleaning, plumbing, landscaping, heating and airconditioning, etc.) - 1 year preferred Software experience preferred: Google Suite We're looking for a long-term VA. Success will be measured by conversion rate, response time, and overall task completion efficiency.
