I am Julia Ysabelle Sta. Maria. I just graduated with a degree in Communications Technology Major in Management from the Ateneo De Manila University in August 2022.

My most recent achievement is leading my team to victory in the IMExcellence Program, a case competition partnered with Smart Communications. My team exceeded expectations with our intentional and cost-effective IMC Campaign proposal that helped bring the client closer to the post-pandemic needs of the Gen Z target market. Another notable achievement is having been recognized as Best Marketing Plan out of 34 groups by ADMU with high regard to our Advertising Marketing Strategy, especially for my work in mock-ups for Yakult Milk Tea (can be seen here on my portfolio website: https://juliastamaria9.wixsite.com/portfolio).

My internships at Ogilvy & Mathers and Cobena Business Analytics & Strategy enriched my initial experience in the field by getting a glimpse of the different sides of marketing. At Ogilvy, I became familiar with the fast-paced and competitive ad agency side of marketing. While in Cobena, I worked on various data-gathering tasks, such as social listening and email marketing. I've also worked as a freelancer for numerous clients in helping strategize and execute video marketing strategies and content creation.

  • 1st Place Winner in IMC Excellence Program

    Ateneo ACTM

    Led the team to victory by ideating an effective IMC campaign that helped bring our partner sponsor, SMART Communications, Inc. be the preferred brand choice amongst Gen Z users in the post-pandemic setting. Ideated and executed different marketing strategies and mock-up visuals for the final pitch to a prestigious panel of judges from SMART Communications.

    Strategized and executed marketing campaigns that contributed to my team winning the Best Marketing Plan out of 34 groups.
