Xandra Galang is a transformational talent maestro, reshaping organizational culture to conquer challenges and reach ambitious goals.

With an extensive 20-year track record, she has championed projects across Fortune 500 companies and top players in various industries.

Her recent appointment as the Head of Strategic HR Talent Management at Ayala Corporation revolves around her expertise in Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Career and Performance Management, Talent Mobility, Succession Planning, Learning and Organization Development.

Before joining Ayala, she orchestrated a remarkable HR transformation at AG&P, winning the prestigious "Best HR Team" accolade at the Chief of Asia Awards in July 2023.

Xandra's achievements extend beyond borders, having been a key figure at Deloitte Southeast Asia, where she spearheaded multimillion-dollar engagements in Organization Transformation, Culture and Change Management.

Xandra's impressive list of certifications includes being a Professional Scrum Master, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach, a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator, an Uplifting Service Workshop Leader and PMI PMP certified.

Her influence reaches beyond the boardroom, as she has served as a judge for the 2023 EXA Awards and 2022 STEVIE® Awards in multiple categories. Furthermore, she's been recognized as the 2024 Top Talent Leader by Bridge100, 2024 Global Exceptional Woman Award by Advantage Club, 2023 Top 3 Best HR Leader Rising Star Award by Chief of Asia Awards, 2019 Top Training & Development Leader by Employer Branding Awards and the 2018 Philippine Society of Talent Development - Gawad Maestro Most Outstanding L&D Professional of the Year.

When not shaping corporate futures, she imparts her wisdom as an instructor of the Organization Development Diploma Course at De La Salle College of St. Benilde. Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud, this project empowers finance professionals with real-time data insights and advanced analytics capabilities to make informed decisions quickly. By automating and simplifying complex reporting tasks, this project helps finance teams save time, improve accuracy, and optimize their operations for greater efficiency.

    In addition to its technical capabilities, the scope of this project was to design and implement a robust change management strategy. This ensures that the transition to this new reporting solution is seamless and well-supported for all stakeholders including their subsidiaries. The change management process includes communication strategies, trainings, performance management, creation of KPIs and ongoing support to help users adapt to the new system with ease. By prioritizing change management, this project created a lasting value for our client by enabling smoother, more successful implementations and user adoption.

  • Enterprise Asset Lifecycle Management - Org Change Management

    For our telco client, asset data needs to be COMPLETE, ACCURATE, CONSISTENT ACROSS , UP TO DATE at any given point of its cycle across the entire company, from cradle to grave. Therefore, calling this transformation program - Enterprise Asset Lifecycle Management (EALM).

    For our telco client, asset data needs to be COMPLETE, ACCURATE, CONSISTENT ACROSS , UP TO DATE at any given point of its cycle across the entire company, from cradle to grave. Therefore, calling this transformation program - Enterprise Asset Lifecycle Management (EALM).

    The EALM Transformation Journey is an outcome-focused transformation program. Covering improvements to 36 end-to-end asset lifecyle business processes, that includes enhancement of technology and systems, providing real-time insights on asset data and introduction of new org capabilities and ways of working across 6 business functions. And at every milestone in this project, we expected outcomes with direct impact to our client.

    We conducted physical verification of existing assets using a new system and tag assets with unique ID/ QR codes across the Philippines. We ensured that the employees were able to deliver these changes that we are driving at.

    Our team worked with all these org units together with their vendors to ensure that all new assets will be tagged at the point of installation so that they arrive in warehouses with specific asset codes.

    This allows them to improve the way they manage activities with their vendor suppliers from the time they procure assets until the time they deliver these assets in their respective warehouses…Now, there’s a smoother handoff from Network Planning to Procurement to Logistics to Network Build to Operations.

    With the system integration that EALM establishes - managing data processing from SAP to their Asset Register system., this leads the way for Finance to work better!

    This means they do not need to put in the effort of reconciling data between different systems. There will be real-time and automatic updates. So forecasting, analysis and planning will be much accurate and will avoid discrepancies. With the improved data quality, they can better predict and plan costings.

  • Mind You (Mental Wellness Program)

    This program aims to:
    - Provide employees with valuable information about mental health and the importance of “self-care”.
    - Provide a channel where employees can learn and get advice from medical practitioners and mental health advocates in the country.
    - Provide access to free unlimited 1:1 counseling sessions with licensed psychologists in the Philippines,
    - Sustain the 360 wellness program in the organization.
