Description

Background

As identified in T340590 (and related to T352585 pinning the package version future-facing), SVGO's recent update to v3.0.5 has been seeing a lot of optimizations in basically a huge number of our SVG assets. These are all byte savings for users.

Goal

Update 'svgo' packages in both, icons and documentation and take advantage of the smaller loading sizes.
