Location: Allegheny River

Summary: Pittsburgh EMS, Police, River Rescue and the Fire Boat responded for a report of a male in the Allegheny River under the 9th Street bridge around 7:40 p.m.

Rescuers located a man in the water on the Downtown side of the bridge. Divers pulled him to safety.

The patient was conscious and alert with no serious injuries. He was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
