Police Investigate Criminal Mischief Complaint After Vehicles Vandalized Downtown

Summary:
Just before 3:30 a.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 2 responded to the parking garage at 350 Oliver Avenue for reports of several vehicles that had been vandalized.
Responding units found 16 vehicles with smashed windows.
The incident was captured on video which shows a male actor pictured below using a fire extinguisher to smash the windows, but making no attempt to access the vehicles or steal contents.
Officers were able to make contact with owners of three of the vehicles, while business cards were left on the others to contact police.
The investigation is ongoing.
