Pittsburgh Police have issued a citation by summons to the owner of the pit bull terrier that attacked another dog at the intersection of Viola Street and Catoctin Street on December 11.

Trevaugh Brown, 24, of Pittsburgh was cited under Local Code 633.08 -- Dogs at Large Prohibited.
